wispywaffle are in the process of making, this particular one is my character's familiar. Her face is actually a round white wooden mask.
Elementals possess characteristics of the environment around them. Their bodies are mostly made up of tangible compounds, thus allowing them to take on different forms. They are form shifters, so not all Rain Makers will look similar to this one, one might have a body shape more like a deer, a bear, a wolf, or something all together undefined.
Don't worry, I haven't forgotten about commissions! I don't get a super lot of free time to draw usually, but I have four days off from work this week so I'll be drawing lots!
