I really want to use this character and her little sister for something some time in the future, I'm not sure what yet though. I love her hair, it can be so expressive.
I also had fun just colouring the sketch straight instead of spending time on lineart, I really want to try this some more in the future!
Also for those who remember, I tacked onto my last journal update that we were hatching chicks for my grampa's free range farm. Well, six of them hatched this morning! I'll take some pictures in a couple of days when we take them out of the incubator and they have some more feathers. c:
